8400 Big View (2005-2008) - Starting with a vacant lot (my buyer client decided not to buy), I purchased his contract for the lot on 8400 Big View Rd– a waterfront property on Lake Austin. I collaborated with renowned architects Doug Frey (who studied under the renowned Dick Clark) to design my first ground-up construction project. I served as both client and development manager, managing the entire process from concept to completion.
504 Highlander ( 2005-2007) - I transformed this property into a stunning 1960s-70s Old Hollywood-inspired home through a complete gut renovation. The dramatic before-and-after demonstrates my vision for bringing new life to outdated properties. This particular project was one of my more challenging ones, starting with a burst pipe flooding the entire kitchen during construction. This forced me to pivot, as we mostly have to do in construction. Definitely a learning curve.
2604 Chalk Knoll Cv (2004-2006) - One of the first homes built in prestigious Barton Creek, this property required expert mold remediation. I managed the remediation process, completed cosmetic updates, and refreshed the exterior stucco to restore this property. This was one of the biggest profits as an investor I’ve made.
1115 CR 414 (2019-2023) - Starting with a 20-acre lot, I refurbished a 3-par golf course, transformed a clay pit into a stock tank, and added a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with an expansive deck before selling the complete package off-market, closed for cash in two weeks.
1702 Channel Road (2006- 2013) - I purchased this multigenerational property on Lake Austin—one of the last available lots with private dock rights on Lake Austin for $1.50mm in 2006. This renovation project was purchased halfway through the renovation. This strategic acquisition demonstrates my ability to identify truly rare opportunities in the market. This home's current value is $9.7mm
114 Cross Creek (1999-2009) - After purchasing this property from a client, I completed a strategic finish-out with targeted cosmetic updates, lived in it, then converted it to a profitable long-term rental.
